1. About these terms

By using onenessoil.in or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Shipping & Returns policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Products

Oneness Pancha Deepam is a lamp oil blended from five traditional oils, made for lighting diyas during indoor pooja. Product images are illustrative; bottle and label design may vary slightly between batches.

3. Orders & pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• An order is confirmed only when payment succeeds and you receive an order confirmation.
• We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, the price was listed in error, or the order appears fraudulent — any amount paid is refunded in full.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your card, UPI or banking credentials. If an amount is debited but your order isn't confirmed, the payment is auto-reversed by the payment network, typically within 5–7 business days.

5. Refill subscriptions

Subscribing saves 12% on every refill. You can pause or cancel anytime before your next refill is dispatched by reaching us via the contact page. Discounts apply only while the subscription is active.

6. Shipping, returns & refunds

7. Safe use

• The oil is for lamp lighting only — it is not edible and not a cosmetic.
• Never leave a lit diya unattended; keep flames away from curtains, children and pets.
• Store the bottle closed, away from direct sunlight and out of children's reach.

8. Reviews & content you submit

By submitting a review or message you confirm it's your own honest experience and allow us to display it (with your first name) on this website. We may decline or remove content that is abusive, misleading or unrelated to the product.

9. Intellectual property

The Oneness name, logo, label artwork, photographs and website content belong to us. Please don't reuse them commercially without written permission.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
