Oneness ("we", "us") sells Pancha Deepam prayer oil and related products through this website (onenessoil.in). This policy explains how we handle your personal information when you browse, order, or contact us.

• Phone verification — when you verify your number with an OTP at checkout or while tracking an order.
• Messages — anything you send through our contact form or reviews.
• Usage data — basic analytics about how the site is used (pages visited, device type), collected only after you accept cookies in the consent banner.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or netbanking details are entered directly with Razorpay and never reach or get stored on our servers. Razorpay's own privacy policy applies to the payment step.

4. How we use your information

• To process, pack, ship and deliver your orders, and to send order updates.
• To respond when you contact us.
• To manage refill subscriptions you've opted into.
• To improve the website and our products.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Only what's needed, only with partners who help us serve you: courier and logistics partners (name, phone, address for delivery), Razorpay (payment processing), and the infrastructure providers that host this website. Each is bound to use your data only for that purpose.
