Shipping & Returns
How your order reaches you, and what to do if something isn't right.

1. Dispatch
Orders are packed and handed to our courier partner within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive an order confirmation right away and tracking details once the parcel ships.
2. Delivery
- We deliver across India. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days of dispatch, depending on your pincode.
- Delivery is free on orders over ₹499; below that, the shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Track your parcel anytime on the Track Order page.
3. Cancellations
You can cancel an order any time before it's dispatched — reach us via the contact page with your order number. Once dispatched, an order can't be cancelled, but the returns policy below applies.
4. Returns
Because lamp oil is a consumable, we accept returns when something went wrong with the order itself:
- The bottle arrived damaged or leaking.
- You received the wrong item or size.
- An item is missing from your order.
Tell us within 7 days of delivery via the contact page, with your order number and a photo of the parcel and product. We'll arrange a replacement or a refund — whichever you prefer. For hygiene and safety reasons we can't accept returns of opened bottles unless the product itself is defective.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days of approval. If a payment was debited but the order failed, the amount is reversed automatically by the payment network in the same timeframe.
6. Undelivered parcels
If a parcel returns to us because the address was incomplete or delivery attempts failed, we'll contact you to reship it (reshipping charges may apply) or refund the order minus the original shipping cost.
